Residents living in Ash Shim’yatayn and Bani Mohammed have had no choice but to walk for hours to reach hospitals, universities and markets, or else pay high costs for other transport.
With support by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Social Fund for Development (SFD) supported the community to pave a 485m road to improve make travel safer and cheaper.
