3-لماذا يكون تحميل صفحة الموقع بطيئة ؟
لقد لوحظ أن عدداً من مستخدمي الموقع يعانون من مشكلة في تحميل صفحة الموقع. و مصممونا قد عملوا جاهدين ليخرجوا لنا بطرق مفيدة مساعدة لحل المشكلة وملخصة فيما يأتي :
أ- قد يعود السبب إلى أن المستخدم يستخدم جهازاً قديماً ،
أعراض المشكلة :
في هذه الحالة ، ستلاحظ أن القائمة قد لا تتحرك أثناء عرض الفيديو.
الحلول الممكنة:
يمكنك خفض درجة وضوح و ألوان الشاشة إلى 800X600 بالإضافة إلى 16bit لجودة الألوان أو أقل. و ايضأ الموقع مخصص ليعلم على المتصفح Internet explorer . المتصفح Firefox يعمل أيضاً بشكل جيد
ب- أن المستخدم قد يكون يستخدم خدمة انترنت Dial up أو توصيلة ISDN .
أعراض المشكلة :
يأخذ مقطع الفيديو وقتاً طويلاً في التحميل و في نفس الوقت يتوقف بإستمرار.
الحلول الممكنة :
توصيلة الانترنت لدى المستخدم في تلك الحالة قد تكون تحت ضغط أو متوقفة ، و لهذا ننصح بزيارة الموقع في وقت لاحق عندما يحصل المستخدم على السرعة الأفضل و الضغط الأقل من المودم .
ج- قد تكون المشكلة أن هناك زوار كثر للموقع .
أعراض المشكلة :
يأخذ الموقع وقتاً أطول من 15 ثانيه لتحميل الصفحه التالي .
الحلول الممكنة :
في بعض الأوقات يتأخر ظهور الصفحة و تحميلها و السبب أن أكثر من 500 مستخدم يحاولون الدخول للموقع في نفس الوقت. و أفضل وقت لتصفح الموقع هو بعد الساعة 13:00 GMT .
هذا الموقع يستخدم تقنية الـ AJAX . و هذا يعني أنك عند تحميل الصفحة في المرة الأولى لا يلزمك تحميلها مرة أخرى إلا إذا قمت بزيارة جناح آخر في الموقع .

2- How do I link to a babalyemen video ?
We use Ajax technology on our website. That means you don't need to reload the whole page to see your next video.
That also means you can't use the link found in the browser as the address of the video.
Short Answer: use the URL link found below the video.
3- How do I download free Yemeni videos?
Guests can download Yemeni videos for free by clicking the download button to the right of the video.
A new window will open with instructions on how to download the video.
The video will be in flv format and will have a name that starts with get_video
First you must rename the video to a file name that ends with ".flv" .
If you have trouble with any of the steps or you get any errors please post them in the forum or use the contact us section.
4- Why is the site loading slowly?
We have noticed that some of our users are experiencing some slowness while
loading the website. Our developers narrowed the problem down to a few reasons
and they gave us a few ways to help speed it up.
A- You have a Celeron chip or an older computer Symptom: In this case, you will notice that the menu will freeze while the
video is playing. Possible solution: You can decrease your resolution and color options to
1024x768 resolution and 16 bit color quality or lower. Also the site is optimized for Internet explorer. Firefox displays correctly, but a little slower.
B- You are using dialup or ISDN connection. Symptom: The videos take a long time to load and they pause repeatedly.
Possible Solution: Your connection has static or is too congested at this time.
Try accessing the site at a time when you can get the best speeds from your
modem.
C- The site has too many visitors. Symptom: The site takes longer than 15 seconds to load the next video.
Possible solution: At certain times the site will slow down, because more than
500 people are trying to access it at the same time. It is best to access the
site before 13:00 GMT
The site uses AJAX technology. Once you get to the main videos home page, you
will not need to reload the whole page unless you go to a different category. We
did not expect for so many Yemeni people from around the world to come and visit
us. We hope that by next year and with a small help from our advertising income
we would be able to upgrade our server to a production standard fit for
international standards.
